People in China seem to love dual-SIM functionality on their smartphones, and manufacturers feel more than obliged to launch their devices with dual-SIM card slots specially for China. Apparently, a dual-SIM variant of the upcoming Samsung Galaxy Note 2 may be heading to China as well.
A few images posted at My Drivers show the Galaxy Note 2 with two SIM card slots at the back, with one slot for a regular SIM card while the other being a smaller slot for a microSIM card. According to My Drivers, the dual-SIM Galaxy Note will launch on China Unicom sometime in October (which is the month when the device is expected to release worldwide as well).
All other specifications will remain the same, including the 5.5-inch 720p Super AMOLED HD display, 1.6GHz quad-core Exynos processor, 2GB of RAM, Android 4.1 Jelly Bean with TouchWiz UI, and of course the new and improved S Pen stylus. Look forward to more details pending further information.
