Cricket Galaxy S5 (G900AZ) is now finally receiving its share of Lollipop goodness with the Android 5.0 update being rolling out for the device via Kies and probably as an OTA update as well.

The update is coming with build number G900AZTUU3BOG3. You could either wait for the OTA update to arrive for your device OR just download the full Stock firmware flashable via Odin.

However, know that this Android 5.0 Lollipop for your Cricket S5 is going to upgrade the bootloader on your device and it won’t be downgradeable after that. Meaning, once you’ve updated your device to Lollipop you won’t be able to downgrade back to KitKat, if need be.

Also, updating to Lollipop will probably break root access and the current builds of TWRP recovery for the Cricket S5 G900AZ. But it shouldn’t take long for the community to get root and compatible TWRP recovery for the Lollipop firmware. In any case, consider this before you install the Lollipop update.

Grab the Cricket S5 Lollipop update from the download link below and flash using Odin. For help, do follow the link to Odin guide below.
