UPDATE: Download the APK file from here, and install it on your android phone. You’ve have the Ice Cream Sandwich widget. I just tested the v1.2 of that clock on my Galaxy S2 and it worked flawlessly.
Like that clock widget from the latest version of Android OS, Ice Cream Sandwich, v4.0? Well, you can get that on your android device too.
One very cool dude, Zer0_Cool, over at XDA took a free transparent similar app from the market and edited its files to give it the Ice Cream Sandwich look. It’s supposed to be working on all android device, maybe Android 2.1+.
Though, it didn’t work on my Galaxy S2, but it did work on its maker’s Droid Eris. You can try and tell us whether it works on your device or not.
To install, download the apk file, transfer it to your phone’s sdcard and after enabling unknown sources in settings > applications, browse to it using a file manager and tap on the file to install it.

Btw, here’s the android market link to original transparent clock widget (no screenshot of it here).
