Back in May, there were reports about the upcoming smartphone from Samsung with the model number SM-G928 and internal codename Project Zero 2. This is similar to the Galaxy S6 Edge expect for a couple of changes in the screen size and processor.
The Project Zero 2 with the model number SM-G928 is likely to flaunt a 5.4 inch or 5.7 inch Super AMOLED dual edge curved display. Also, it is said to be stuffed with a hexa core Snapdragon 808 processor.
The other aspects that this upcoming Samsung device will arrive with are expected to include 32 GB of native storage space, a 16 MP main snapper at its back with optical image stabilization and 4K video recording support and a 5 MP front facer.
Now, further details about the Project Zero 2 have been leaked suggesting its physical dimension and battery capacity. It is said to measure 151 mm in height and 73 mm in width. This way, the device will be 9 mm taller and 3 mm wider than the existing Galaxy S6 Edge tipping that the display will be larger than 5.1 inches.
Obviously, the device will have enough room to house a larger battery that will provide sufficient juice to power the larger display. As per the source, the device will be energized by a 3,000 mAh battery.
The final moniker of the Project Zero 2 is not known, but it speculated to be dubbed Galaxy S6 Edge Plus. We can expect the device to be launched in the coming weeks.
