After making its mark on TENAA, the Coolpad C105 is now caught plying its trade on a benchmark site, GFXbench. The listing reveals some of the specs of the device, but more importantly, it also brings home a point that we can expect this joint venture of Coolpad and LeEco to hit retail stores pretty soon now.
In case you’re wondering, well, watch out for December 2016 release for Coolpad C105. Getting cleared at TENAA is a very positive sign, meaning that device is nearing it release, and so it listing at benchmark sites.
You have a 5.5″ Full HD screen toting device in Coolpad C105, which is currently running on Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow as per the benchmark listing. Though, with support for OpenGL ES 3.2 API in the screenshot, we assume the 7.0 is in the making too.
The listing after all, in in some direct contrast to what we saw at TENAA, as here it’s shown housing a Snapdragon 820 SoC, while at TENAA, the device sported an upgraded chip in Snapdragon 821. The latter would hold, we think.
The variant that underwent the GFXbench test is sporting 6GB RAM and 64GB storage, while we know from TENAA listing that 32GB and 128GB storage options are in the line too.
The GFXbench leak of Coolpad C105 confirms the camera at 16MP for rear, and 8MP at front. There is no NFC support on the device that would be powered by cool 4000mAh battery, but the Coolpad C105 looks poised to become one of the best spec’ed device in the budget range upon its release.
