There are five earrings in total, each hidden in a different facility and focused on a specific bonus like stamina, strength, health, luck, or stealth. Stamina Earring
These boost Violet’s stamina, letting her dodge and sprint longer.
Step 1: Reach the Kitchen
Go to the Testing Facility, head to Maternity Ward Level 2, and enter the Kitchen.

Lucky Drop Earring
Lucky Drop earrings improve drop rates or luck with loot.
Step 1: Go to the Meat Curing room
Head to the Preservation Facility and find the Meat Curing Room in the southwest corner, where meat is hanging.

Step 2: Find the earring
Enter the room and check behind the red interface, the Lucky Drop Earrings are hidden there.
Vitality Earring
These increase Violet’s vitality (health pool).
Step 1: Reach the hidden passage
In the Communications Facility, go to the area just north of Cinderline Power and locate the marked corridor on the map.

Step 2: Collect the earring
Interact with the vent in front of you, crouch inside, and pick up the Vitality Earrings along with a UV Power Cell.

Strength Earring
Strength earrings boost Violet’s strength, making her attacks more powerful.
Step 1: Enter the DNA fusion lab
Travel to the Bioengineering Lab and enter the T-Rex DNA Fusion Lab.

Move toward the southeast corner and look on a grey box to find the Strength Earrings.

Stealth Earring
These improve stealth, helping you stay hidden from enemies.

On the right side of the room, crawl under the large pipe and check behind a crate to collect the Stealth Earrings.

How to equip earrings
Once you’ve picked up an earring, it’s automatically added to your inventory.
- Open the Dressing Room menu (usually from the main hub or safe zone).
- Go to the accessories or earrings section and select the one you want to equip.
- Only one earring can be equipped at a time, so choose based on your playstyle (tank, DPS, or stealth).

All five earrings in Code Violet are tucked away in different facilities and offer valuable stat boosts to suit different playstyles.
