The “Best Laid Plans” intel in the Disruption mission is easy to pick up once you know it’s there. This guide quickly explains where it appears and how to reach it so you can grab it smoothly without slowing down your mission.

Best Laid Plans: Location

In the Disruption mission, the “Best Laid Plans” intel is found during the “Infiltrate the Forge” objective. After clearing the first group of enemies, ignore the restricted-area prompt. Go up the stairs to the left of the objective marker and head into the room marked “Diagnostics” with the big red 8. In the back-left corner, on top of a filing cabinet near the control desk, you’ll find the intel.

Best Laid Plans: Step-by-step guide

Step 1

After entering the Forge in the Disruption mission and clearing the initial wave of enemies, do not proceed immediately to the "Access the Restricted Area" objective.

Step 2

Locate the staircase to the left of the objective marker and follow it up to the room labeled “Diagnostics” with a big red 8 on the wall.

Step 3

In the Diagnostics room, head to the back-left corner near the control desk and pick up the “Best Laid Plans” intel from the top of the filing cabinet before continuing the mission to avoid missing it.
