Chinese manufacturer Oppo only recently officially launched the Find 5, and along with beastly and powerful specs underneath and the 5-inch 1080p display, the Find 5 is the first mobile device to support HDR in both photos and videos, courtesy of the Sony Exmor RS sensor in its 13 megapixel camera.
While the smartphone itself is not available for launch just yet, Oppo has released a few camera samples from the Find 5 to show off its photography prowess. And while these photos may be a bit touched up or taken in great conditions, we can safely say that the quality is very, very good. There’s little noise and the colours are vibrant, and the pictures look great.
The Exmor RS sensor is expected to make an appearance in Sony’s phones coming out in 2013, but with the Oppo Find 5, the new sensor’s capabilities will be seen before Sony gets around to releasing their smartphones next year.
The Oppo Find 5 will be launched in early 2013 in select markets, and sports a 5-inch Full HD display, 1.5GHz quad-core Snapdragon S4 Pro processor, 2GB RAM, 16GB storage, 13 megapixel camera, 2500 mAh battery, and Android 4.1 Jelly Bean.
