Step 1
Find Captain Rowan at his camp near the Ruined Cave entrance in Forgotten Kingdom and press E to interact.

During the conversation, he will give you a task to defeat 10 Skeleton Rogues.
Step 3
Move to the Ruined Cave entrance where the Skeleton Rogues spawn in small groups.
Step 4
Defeat the required 10 skeletons using any reliable early-game weapon. For starters, take out low-level skeletons. You get Tiny and Medium essence as drops from Rogues.

Return to Captain Rowan and press E to turn in the quest and he will give you the next task.
