Update: Another BlackBerry BBC100-1 image leaks via Twitter.

The story of BlackBerry BBC100-1, the first BlackBerry phone to sport a dual SIM, is three months old. It was first spotted a certification site in December followed by a Twitter leak about its specs in January and the story continues with the latest leaked real images of the device.

BlackBerry BBC100-1 comes from an Indonesian company called BB MERAH PUTIH, PT and was first spotted on Indonesia’s e-Certification website POSTEL. From this we can infer that currently the BlackBerry dual-SIM phone will be available in Indonesia only.

The leaked images of the phone show it from both sides, front as well as back. The front shows the selfie camera and the BlackBerry branding on the bottom bezel while the rear camera can be seen in a vertical set-up on the back of the phone which has a silver-greyish cover. Design-wise it looks like a lower-end product.

The specsheet of BlackBerry BBC100-1 was leaked in January via tipster Roland Quandt’s Twitter handle. Based on that we can assume that the phone will sport a 5.5-inch HD display. It will be powered by 1.4 GHz Snapdragon 425 paired with 4GB RAM and 32GB internal storage. It will be equipped with 13 MP rear camera and a 8MP selfie snapper. A 3000mAH battery will keep the juices flowing. And, not to forget, it will be a dual-SIM phone.

Going by the specsheet, the device certainly falls in the mid-range category. There’s no word on pricing and availability at the moment. Neither do we know whether or not it will be launched outside of Indonesia.
