Japanese carrier NTT DoCoMo has announced a new high-end Android phone coming to its network, the Fujitsu Arrows V F-04E, a quad-core Tegra 3-powered device sporting a 4.7″ 720p display, slated for a release some time between November and December.

As you can see from the image above, the Arrows V F-04E looks quite stylish, and Fujitsu has made sure the internals aren’t lacking either, with 2GB of RAM, 64GB of internal storage, as well a 13 megapixel camera with an Exmor R sensor. Support for DoCoMo’s mobile wallet is included along with general NFC connectivity, as well as support for Docomo’s NOTTV mobile TV channel service. Powering the software is Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich, with no mention of when or if an update to Android 4.1 is coming. 4G LTE speeds of up to 100mbps are supported as well.

The Arrows V F-04E will be launched in black, white and magenta colors, and we’ll let you know about its price pending further info.
