Talk to Shani in the Base Camp to start Our Presence Up There.

Open your map and set a waypoint to the Pattern House area near the Victory Ridge in The Dam Battlegrounds.

Upon arrival, clear out nearby ARC patrols if encountered.

Inside the Pattern House, locate the Power Switch; it’s usually on a wall in the main control room. Interact with it to flip the power switch.

Use the interior stairs or external scaffolding to climb up to the rooftop area.

Approach the marked installation point and interact to set up the antenna system.

Once powered and installed, go back to Shani and claim the rewards.
