The Trifecta quest in ARC Raiders focuses on drone hunting for specific components needed by the character Shani. The drones involved are Hornets, Wasps, and Snitches. You need to be vigilant while tracking these drones because each variety must be defeated and looted twice for drivers and scanners.

Intel's all well and good, but it only gets up so far. If ARC's truly closing in, I need every Raider to prove they can handle their drones in a fight.

Trifecta: Location

You can complete this quest on any of the four maps - Dam Battlegrounds, Buried City, Spaceports and Blue Gate.

For Snitches, keep an eye out for light sweeps or faint movement above structures. Snitches patrol predictable paths. Spotting them first gives you the choice to eliminate them.

Wasps are thruster-power drones that tend to fly with other Wasps. Occasionally, they'll spawn with Hornets, which are small flying drones. Here are the hotspots where these drones spawn on the four maps:

#1 Dam Battlegrounds
  • Description: Forests, swamps, old research centers, rooftops
  • Key Spawn Areas: Rooftops, terraces, apartment buildings.
#2 Buried City
  • Description: Desert ruins with narrow alleys and sand dunes
  • Key Spawn Areas: Rooftops and terraces in urban areas.
#3 Acerra Spaceport
  • Description: Industrial launch facility with building clusters
  • Key Spawn Areas: Rooftops, housing near tech installations.
#4 Blue Gate
  • Description: Mountainous areas with small towns and tunnels
  • Key Spawn Areas: Buildings and elevated structures

Trifecta: Step-by-Step Guide

Find Hornet drones and kill them.

Collect their Drivers. Repeat this until you have two Hornet Drivers.

Hunt down Wasps.

Search the wreckage and secure their Drivers similarly. You will need two Wasp Drivers.

Locate Snitch drones and eliminate them.

Pick up their Scanners. Two Scanners are required.

After gathering all six items (two Drivers each from Hornet and Wasp, two Scanners from Snitch), head back to Shani to complete the quest.
