The mission takes place in Victory Ridge, a section of the Dam Battlegrounds. You can reach it by moving north from South Swamp Outpost or fast traveling via a nearby ARC Courier point if unlocked. The broken highway structure marks the entrance to the hidden outpost.

Echoes of Victory Ridge: Step-by-Step walkthrough
Accept the quest from Celeste in Speranza’s operations area.
Travel to Victory Ridge in the Dam Battlegrounds region. You can move on foot or use an ARC Courier point for faster travel.
Search under the broken highway near the ridge cliffs to locate the First Wave hideout. Look for faint blue light or tech debris.
Retrieve the battle plans from the crate inside the underground shelter. Collect Major Aiva’s Patch from the same hideout before exiting. It’s often placed near a fallen First Wave banner or terminal.
Return to Celeste in Speranza to complete the mission and receive your rewards.
Echoes of Victory Ridge: Tips
- Click 'E' twice while interacting; the first time retrieves the battle plans, and the second collects Major Aiva’s Patch from the same hideout.
- Watch for nearby enemies when approaching Victory Ridge; they often guard the entrance.
- Bring at least one explosive or long-range weapon to deal with ambushes quickly.
- The area under the broken highway can be dark; use your flashlight to locate the patch easily.
