The androids are located throughout Stella Montis, especially in the Medical Research wing, the Lobby, and Assembly/Workshop areas. Their spawn is semi-randomised, so you’ll need to explore.

Deploy into Stella Montis.
Explore Stella Montis and locate android bodies. They appear as inactive humanoid figures; not all are searchable.
Interact with three searchable androids (you don’t need to extract with an item). we found all three in seed vault.
