Arc Raiders: How to Split Stack

Arc Raiders inventory space can fill quickly, especially with ammo, healing items, and loot. Splitting stacks allows better management by dividing items into smaller stacks, so you carry only what's necessary and tuck the rest safely away.

How to split stacks in Arc Raiders

The method to split stacks in Arc Raiders remains the same. You select the stack, move to an empty slot, then press the button to Place Half of the stack in that slot. Here's how to do so:

On PlayStation and Xbox

First, highlight the item stack you want to split in your inventory.

• On PS, press X to select the stack. Then move to an empty slot and press Square.
• On Xbox, press A to select the stack. Then move to an empty slot and press X.

Your existing stack will split into two halves.

On PC

• Hold the Alt Key.
• Drag the stack you want to split to the empty inventory slot.

And just like that, half of your item stack will split and be placed in an empty inventory slot.

Splitting an item stack greatly improves resource organization and reduces the risk of losing the full stack if you happen to die in the game. It's also quite easy. So make sure to split stacks whenever possible.
