In Arc Raiders, players confront a mechanized threat known as ARC. Among its many machine adversaries, players commonly refer to the "Emperor" machines - massive ARC walkers towering in the distance on some maps.

The "Emperor" label emerged from the player community rather than official game canon, which currently names only a handful of giant ARC elements like the Queen and Harvester. The term "Emperor" or alternatively "King," is used because these machines represent a significant scale leap beyond regular patrol bots. I mean, just look at the size of it.

As imagined by the community, raiding an Emperor involves navigating its towering structure via ladders, ziplines, and vertical shafts, emphasizing verticality more than horizontal spread. The environment could have tight chokepoints, overlapping patrol patterns, and alarm risks similar to other high-stakes encounters such as fighting near the Harvester. The interior might offer rare tech caches, intensifying the risk-versus-reward calculation when looting inside these machines.

While developers Embark Studios have not officially introduced or named the Emperor in the game's taxonomy, its presence as a community idea shows strong demand for large, complex mech raid spaces enriching the gaming experience. Such raids would align with Arc Raiders' emphasis on strategic traversal, high-stakes loot runs, and tactical fight decisions in future game updates or post-launch content.
