Location

Primary spawn location: Lobby Metro (Stella Montis)
- One of the most common and easiest spots.
- Go to Lobby Metro on Stella Montis.
- Head down to the lowest floor, near the extraction train platform.
- Look around the open central area — the white J Kozma Ventures container usually spawns on this level, opposite the train platform.
What to do once you find it
- Interact with the J Kozma container to collect the “Rare Books” quest item.
- Then extract using the train or nearest extraction point to complete the Cold Storage mission.
