The skill tree in Arc Raiders splits into Mobility for evasion, Conditioning for load tolerance, and Survival for sustain. But for PvP encounters, you want to focus on superior movement and endurance first and foremost.
The best PvP setups invest early in Mobility's stamina boosters - max Youthful Lungs boosts max stamina by up to 25%, while Marathon Runner slashes sprint costs. Slip and Slide lets slides regenerate stamina and lower your hitbox, ideal for close-quarters sprays. Follow Conditioning to negate gear slowdowns with Loaded Arms and make weapons nearly weightless.
Here are a few skills that you should look to hit for best PvP skill tree:
| Tree | Key PvP Skills | Primary Benefit |
|---|---|---|
| Mobility | Youthful Lungs (5/5), Marathon Runner (5/5), Slip and Slide (3/5), Effortless Roll (3–5/5), Heroic Leap (3/5) | Stamina pool + regen, extended slides/rolls for dodging |
| Conditioning | Used to the Weight (5/5), Loaded Arms (5/5), Fight or Flight (5/5), Unburdened Roll (1/1) | Ignore shield/weapon encumbrance, free rolls after shield break |
| Survival | Looter’s Instinct (5/5), Broad Shoulders (5/5), Good as New (1/1), Suffer and Silence (2–3/5) | Fast looting, higher carry capacity, quiet movement at low HP |
Many players from the Arc Raiders community stand by this as one of the best PvP skill tree setup. Ours is very close to the skill tree below.

Another skill tree that you may want to emulate is given below:

Having a pure looter build falters in gunfights without stamina. On the other hand, tank Conditioning lags pursuers. Somewhere in the middle is where you need to be. The hybrid - around 30% mobility - wins more than 70% more engagements.
To maximize your raids, you may want to refine your own skill tree based on your squad role - max Unburdened Roll for escapes (solo); add Raider Scraps for enemy loot bonuses (duos).
Do note that patches and updates can change what each skill delivers. So things can only be perfectly mimicked for a particular build.
