Locate the building on the Dam Battlegrounds map, typically accessible via entry points such as the south entrance.

From the entrance, use zip lines to ascend to the upper floor area above the reception desk.

Once on the upper floor, head right, go straight to the end, then turn left. The first door on the left is Lab 1. Once inside, interact with the documents found on the table to complete the quest objective.

A Balanced Harvest: Tips
- When entering the Research & Administration building, take the left corridor immediately to access the zip lines rather than exploring other floors.
- Use the zip lines to bypass enemies on the ground floor and quickly reach the upper floor.
