It’s been a while since Google released Android P Developer Preview 3 and in fact, the Pixels are already on DP4 as of this writing. However, it’s only today that OnePlus 6 users are now receiving their third Android P developer preview, which also brings a bunch of other goodies as well.
According to the official changelog, OnePlus 6 users will also enjoy new security patches for the month of July 2018 and an update to Google Mobile services. For those who have had issues with hotspot functionality, watermark functionality, and compatibility issues with certain third-party apps, this update has the fixes you need.

Also, OnePlus 6 users on DP2 had reported poor image quality and camera functionality with third-party apps, issues that have been addressed in this update. As usual, the update also brings much-needed system stability and general performance improvements.

Being a beta version, the latest Android P DP3 has several known issues, among them system stability and power consumption and compatibility with Bluetooth connectivity issues. Also, you should expect some apps to be buggy, which is pretty normal with beta software.
