Location and How to Start
The wandering tale 'All Lives Are Equal' takes place in the Grand Imperial Temple inside Kaifeng City, Kaifeng. You can get there directly through Grand Imperial Temple waypoint.

To start the quest, simply start a conversation with Jingchen, Monk of the Grand Imperial Temple.

Walkthrough
Step 1
Make your way to the Grand Imperial Temple in Kaifeng City.

Make sure that it is night time to find the Monk.

Step 2
Talk to the Monk strolling near the pond.

Step 3
Now change the hour to around Hai hour.

Step 4
Find He San nearby and engage in a conversation with him.

Step 5
After He San refuses to tell you where the net is, disengage from him. Then go to the nearby market and find He Da.

Step 6
Take out the item Rattan Paper and select Paint.

Step 7
Take his picture.

Step 8
With this picture, you can now disguise yourself as He Da. Select Head to Disguise.

Step 9
You will be taken to Wuyan, the disguise shop owner. Select 'Put on a disguise'

Step 10
Submit the portrait you made of He Da.

Step 11
Once you have taken on the disguise, return to the Grand Imperial Temple. Go and meet He San.

He will tell you the location of the Monk's Net - Behind the Antique shop.

Step 12
Fetch the Net from behind the antique shop.

Step 13
Finally, find the Monk Jiangchen by the pond.

And return the Net to him.
