After reaching the marked location, speak with Iron Finger Yang.

Step 2

Use Meridian Touch to immobilize Yang once he's matching the statue's pose in front of him and staying perfectly still.

Step 3

After 3 seconds, use Meridian Touch on him again or wait for Yang to move, then talk to him to get your rewards.
