Step 1
Reach the quest area and interact with the group of men to initiate the encounter.

Follow him again, and he will lead you inside Harvestfall Village near a house. Drink water with him.

Follow him again to find the Howling Gang.

Use Lion's Roar to scare them away. You Fubao will make you the boss of his gang.

Return back to the stall with You Fubao, where you scared the jailor. Give some money to him and ask him to go buy some food.
Step 13
You will be required to wait until the next day. Change the in-game time to Chen hour.

The next day, talk to Constable Er Lang and ask him about You Fubao.
Step 15
Reach the entrance of Harvestfall Village and interrogate three villagers. They will tell you that their dogs have gone missing.

Search for the missing dogs. You will find You Fubao talking with the dogs. After this scene, the quest ends.
