When you first spawn as a Hollow, your goal is simple: level up and consume other Hollows. During this stage, you can randomly obtain Hollow Traits from defeated enemies. These traits become extremely important later because they directly affect your power once you reach higher forms.

How to become a Menos
Start completing quests and defeating Hollows throughout Hueco Mundo. Continue leveling and consuming defeated Hollows whenever possible.
Eventually, your character automatically evolves into a Menos without requiring a special quest.

Choosing between Menoscar and Adjuchas
