Location of the Under The Sea skill challenge
The challenge takes place near Legend Island, which can be found on the eastern side of the map from Tokyo. Open your world map and focus on the coastline to the right of Tokyo. Legend Island is clearly visible offshore and serves as the main landmark for this challenge.
Just north of the island, you’ll find a small wooden pier extending into the water. This is the exact location you need to visit. The fish traps are positioned in the shallow water surrounding the pier, making them easy to spot once you arrive.
How to complete the Under The Sea skill
Step 1
Open the map and fast travel or drive to Legend Island, located east of Tokyo.
Step 2
Head toward the small pier positioned just above the island.
Step 3
Drive onto the pier and look toward the shallow water nearby.
Step 4
Accelerate into the water and aim for one of the wooden fish traps, which appear as small wooden stick structures sticking out of the water.
Step 5
Smash through a fish trap. The Under The Sea skill should trigger immediately upon impact, completing the challenge.
