If you’re stuck on the pickup objective in 007 First Light, the process is very straightforward once you know where to look. The mission requires you to speak with a specific NPC before retrieving an important item from a nearby location.

Finding the woman you need to speak with
At the beginning of this objective, press Alt to highlight important characters and objectives. This will help you identify the correct woman among the nearby NPCs.
Approach her and initiate the conversation to progress the mission. After speaking with her, a new objective marker will appear.
Following the objective marker to the pickup location
Once the conversation is complete, head toward the newly marked location. The objective is roughly 36 meters away, making it a short walk from the NPC’s position.
Simply follow the on-screen marker until you reach the designated building or room.
How to locate the pickup item
After entering the objective area, you’ll find a row of cabinets. The pickup is not in the first or second cabinet.
Enter the marked room and approach the cabinets. Ignore the first two cabinets in the sequence. Interact with the third cabinet.
Retrieve the item from inside to complete the pickup objective.
Once you’ve collected the item from the third cabinet, the objective updates automatically and the mission continues. There are no additional puzzles or hidden requirements during this section, making it one of the quicker objectives in the mission.
The Locate the Pickup objective in 007 First Light only requires three actions: identify the woman using Alt, follow the objective marker about 36 meters, and interact with the third cabinet to collect the item. Following these steps will allow you to complete the objective in less than a minute.
