Complete Hernand faction questlines in this order to unlock everything:

Step 3: Complete “Legendary Animals” (House Celeste)

Step 4: Start “Mysterious Arrow” (Hernandian Parish)
After finishing “Legendary Animals” + fast traveling, “Mysterious Arrow” auto-adds to your journal.

Go to the marked location south of Hernand Highlands.

Find the arrow stuck in a post behind a shed, stand next to it.

The quest updates automatically (no need to read the note).
Step 5: Travel to Ruined Chapel

Follow the quest marker southeast to the Ruined Chapel near Steel Mountains

The chapel will appear red on the map (occupied by enemies)

Prerequisite: Defeat Kiarush the Slayer in early Chapter 5 or the quest won’t appear
Step 6: Defeat Sizlek the Insatiable (“Bloodied Sanctum”)
Enter the chapel and defeat the boss:
