The Red Brick location for the Botanical Gardens mission in LEGO Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight is in the Poison Ivy level, inside a small chamber that opens after you combine the red and green plant pieces.
How to get the Red Brick
Step 1: Push through the Botanical Gardens section
Progress through the Poison Ivy mission until you reach the large plant-filled open area with enemies and collectibles. The Red Brick is not near the start, so you need to advance far enough to enter the section with the flower puzzle and chamber.

Step 2: Clear the enemies near the chamber

Defeat the enemies around the puzzle area so you can interact with the plant pieces safely. If the area feels blocked or crowded, finish the combat first; the collectible path becomes much easier once the enemies are gone.

Step 3: Combine the plant pieces
Pick up the green plant in the middle.

And place it on the right side of the red brick.

Then pick up the red plant to the right.

And place it on the left side of the red brick.

That combination opens the small chamber holding the Red Brick. It is the Flower Power modifier.
Step 4: Collect the Red Brick
Once the chamber opens, grab the Red Brick inside.

This unlocks the Flower Power modifier for use from the character menu under Suit Options and Red Brick Options.

Common mistakes
-
If the chamber does not open, you likely placed the wrong plant piece in the wrong spot, so recheck the red/green mix.
-
If you already passed the area, the mission’s collectible path may require backtracking to the puzzle room rather than continuing forward.
-
If you want the exact collectible route for all five Venus Fly Traps and all five Waynetech Caches in the same mission, place the Red Brick in the middle of that path, after Venus Fly Trap 4.
Grabbing the Botanical Gardens Red Brick early helps you build your modifier collection without replaying the whole mission later, and it is one of the more straightforward story-level collectibles once you know the plant-combination puzzle path.
