The Red Hood Gang mission is one of the earliest collectible-heavy stages in LEGO Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight. You will need to revisit this for completion progress. In this guide, the focus is strictly on the Ace Card locations so you can finish the set efficiently without missing a step.
Ace Card locations in The Red Hood Gang
The Ace Cards are spread through the mission in a straightforward collectible path, and the mission is designed so that most players can find them while moving forward naturally. The cleanest route is to sweep the area section by section, then backtrack only if one card remains hidden behind a side path or destructible object. The list below follows the order shown in the collectible run and lines up with the mission flow.
Ace Card 1 location
The first Ace Card appears very early in the mission, after the opening movement through the Ace Chemicals area.

Once you repair the fan, cross the large gap.

When you land before the control center, defeat the two engineers.

The card will be on the left. Use a batarang to hit and claim it.

You now have Ace Card 1.

Ace Card 2 location
The second Ace Card comes shortly after the first, again along the main mission path inside the same industrial section.
Following the subquest ‘Follow the bears’, move into the room with a vent at the front.

Turn left and use your grapple to go up twice.

The second ace will be up the steps next to an iron gate. Nearby will also be a game with the bears having a picnic.

As before, use the batarang to hit and claim it.

You now have Ace Card 2.

Ace Card 3 location
The third Ace Card is located mid-mission and sits after another short advance through the Ace Chemicals layout.

Go through the vent.

Use the wind to glide upwards and land on another section.

The Ace card will be sitting on top of a small beam.

As before, use the batarang to hit and claim it.

You now have Ace Card 3.

Ace Card 4 location
The fourth Ace Card appears in the ‘Factory Meltdown’ mission, during the ‘Chase Red Hood One’ section.
Go through 04 Bay’s broken wall.

After the small cutscene, look to the right. Just before the blocked door in the corner will be the Ace card.

Go to it, hit it, and claim it.

You now have Ace Card 4.

Ace Card 5 location
The fifth and final Ace Card is placed near the end of the same mission.

Extinguish the fire by hitting the pipe and letting the water out.

After it, Red Hood will come and start hitting you with missiles.

Just to the right is a small room with crates.

Inside you’ll find the last Ace Card.

As before, hit it and Claim it.

You now have Ace Card 5.

Route for the full set
Start at the opening of The Red Hood Gang mission, move through the Ace Chemicals path, and keep an eye on the side spaces around each major objective. If you are also collecting the WayneTech Caches and Red Brick, the same sweep will cover nearly everything in one run.
Rewards
Finishing all five Ace Cards unlocks a giant Ace Card reward that can be displayed in the Batcave.

That makes the collectible set more than a checklist item, since it contributes to the Batcave presentation and completion tracking. The set also fits into the game’s broader structure of mission trophies, caches, and customization rewards.
Collectibles in the same mission
The Red Hood Gang mission contains more than just Ace Cards, and it is one of the earliest content-rich levels currently visible in gameplay coverage. Alongside the five Ace Cards, players can also find five WayneTech Caches and one Red Brick in the same mission. That makes it a strong candidate for a full completion run, especially if you want to reduce replay time.
If you are targeting 100 percent progress, The Red Hood Gang mission is the place to start because its Ace Card set is compact and clearly structured. Once you collect all five, you unlock the Batcave display reward and finish one of the game’s cleaner early collectible chains.
