From the Locker Room itself, leave and head back to the Atrium, then take the stairs to the top level; across from the landing there is a shutter you can open with your Utility Strap to reach the room containing the security camera that displays the locker code.
Use the Utility Strap again on the window/door mechanism to enter that room and view the camera feed showing the five-digit code 13576.
How to access the CCTV and reveal the code
Step 1
Leave the Locker Room and go to the Atrium, then take the stairs to the top level to reach the area opposite the shutter.
Step 2
Equip your Utility Strap and use it on the shutter across from the landing to open it and reveal the windowed room beyond.
Step 3
From the atrium side, use the Utility Strap on the window latch or door mechanism to unlock and enter the room where the security camera terminal is located.
