In Crimson Desert, once you finish all Abyss Islands, unlock the Frost element, and clear the Sanctum of Darkness, the Loop of Life puzzle stands between you and the Flame element. This puzzle uses one island with three vertical loops. You must move square panels between sockets and activate them with Force Palm or Force Current. Below is the full walkthrough to solve it cleanly and keep progressing.

How to reach Loop of Life Island

Step 1

If you just finished the Sanctum of Darkness, head to the Sky Gate at the back and activate it.

Step 2

Go up to the platform above the Sky Gate.

Step 3

Use the teleporter on that platform to reach Loop of Life Island.

Step 4

At the island entrance, step on the circle floor switch to start the puzzle.

How to solve the first loop (lower level)

This is the bottom loop. Start here.

Step 1

Pick up the square panel right in front of you.

Step 2

Plug it into the socket using Force Palm or Force Current.

Step 3

From your spot, look left: another square panel sits on a platform to your left.

Step 4

Grab that second square panel and carry it up onto the platform above.

Step 5

Climb to that platform, place the square panel on its socket, then plug it in with Force Palm or Force Current.

Step 6

This removes the barrier in the room ahead, which holds a third square panel.

How to reposition panels for higher loops

Now move panels upward so you can access the second and third loops.

Step 1

Take the third square panel out of that room and place it somewhere above you.

Step 2

Grab the square panel you just plugged in (the second one), pull it out of the socket, and place it anywhere above you as well.

Step 3

Make your way up toward the second loop.

How to solve the second loop (middle level)

Step 1

At the second loop, grab one of the square panels you moved up.

Step 2

Place the square panel on top of the socket just behind the floating platform right over here.

Step 3

Plug this in using Force Palm or Force Current.

How to solve the third loop (upper level)

Step 1

Grab the last square panel and carry it over to the third loop.

Step 2

Place this one on the socket on the left side of the third loop.

Step 3

Plug it in using Force Palm or Force Current.

Step 4

This activates the circle contraption for this island.

How to claim the artifact and proceed

Step 1

Go to the circle contraption.

Step 2

Use Force Palm or Force Current on the center of the circle.

Step 3

You receive the artifact reward above.

Step 4

Take the path to your left to reach the next island for the Flame element.
