Step 1

Make sure the Hang Glider is in your inventory before you leave for the sky route, because normal movement methods will not work for this location.
How to reach ‘Above the Clouds’ – Location
Step 1
Travel to Castaway Cliffs, which is the starting point for the sky route to Above the Clouds.
Step 2
Move to the highest point at Castaway Cliffs.
Look for the floating ring course above you.
Step 3
Equip the Hang Glider and jump off from the cliff so you can begin gliding toward the first rings.
Step 4
Keep your glide controlled and follow the rings or arrow markers as they appear in the sky.
Step 5
Continue chaining the boosts and staying on course until you reach the orange ring and the next guided path segment.
