Care Center locations for Blood Specimens
Access most Blood Specimens in the Care Center’s East Wing, centered around the Waiting Room, Blood Lab, and adjacent locked rooms.
Grab the ID Wristband Level 1 from a corpse on the second floor hallway past Lead Researcher’s Office—lure away or defeat the pursuing flesh monster first by running downstairs to the Waiting Room.
Use it on Level 1 doors: one opens the closet off Waiting Room for Converged (or Polymerized on Insanity), another unlocks the Blood Lab side room for Reversible. Denatured sits openly in the main Blood Lab.
How to find ID Wristband Level 1
Head to East Wing second floor via stairs from Waiting Room.
Approach end of hallway beyond Lead Researcher’s Office door. Spot the corpse with wristband.
Grab the ID Wristband quickly before the monster emerges. Run downstairs left to Waiting Room, clear zombies, wait for patrol, then retry if needed.
How to solve Denatured puzzle
First, grab the specimen placed before the computer.
Interact with analyzer in Blood Lab holding Denatured specimen.
Click the left middle square to transform all connected cubes to spheres in one move.
How to solve Converged puzzle
Use analyzer after picking Converged from Waiting Room closet (Casual/Standard).

Analyzer is found in Blood Lab after accessing the side room with wristband.
