What to know
- Specimen: Bread is one of the items you need to clear Exploration R&D: Stable Protocols 3.
- You’ll need a total of 6 Specimen: Bread.
- There are 2 machines, each providing 3 Specimen: Breads each.
- Both these machines are found in Aberrant Zone 1.
In Arknights: Endfield, Specimen: Bread is an item for the mission “Exploration R&D: Stable Protocols 3” that you’ll need to pick up out in the world, so the fastest path is knowing exactly where to search and how to route between spawns.
Locations: Specimen Bread
There are two machines from where you can get Specimen: Bread. Both of these are located in Aberrant Zone 1.

How to get Specimen: Bread
Step 1
Open your current objective and make sure Specimen: Bread is actively required right now.
Step 2
Once you’re in the Aberrant Zone 1, go to Location 1 (shown above). You’ll need to go past the gate and to the right.
Step 3
Go through the warehouse gate.
Step 4
Go left.
Step 5
The Specimen: Bread will be available from the machine here.
Step 6
However, you’ll need to defeat the enemy guarding it first.
Step 7
Once defeated, interact with the machine.
Step 8
And grab the Specimen: Bread.
Step 9
You’ll need more Specimen: Breads for the mission. So go to Location 2 afterwards.
Step 10
From the gate, go left.
Step 11
Go round the back to find the machine. There are no enemies to defeat here.
Step 12
As before, interact with the machine and get the required Specimen: Breads.
Treat Specimen: Bread like a checklist collectible: get into the right area, run a clean loop, confirm each pickup, and mark cleared spots so you don’t double back.
