Samsung’s Galaxy Ring, which was announced at this year’s Galaxy Unpacked event, is coming very soon to India. You can pre-reserve one for yourself until the end of October 15th (only a few hours to go!) for a refundable token amount of Rs 1,999.

The actual price of the Galaxy Ring hasn’t been announced. But going by its price in international markets ($399), it is expected to launch at around Rs. 34,000 in India. 

If you decide to pre-reserve, you also get a complimentary Wireless Charger Duo, which is worth Rs 4,999, along with a charging case, data cable, and no subscription fee!

Samsung Galaxy Ring comes with several health tracking features, 7 days of battery life, has a titanium build, and is available in Titanium Black, Titanium Silver, and Titanium Gold. It’s also available in nine sizes (5 to 13) and a sizing kit. 

Given that the pre-reservations end on October 15th (23:59 IST), it’s highly likely that the Samsung Galaxy Ring will be available to purchase in India from October 16th onwards. 

Pre-reservations are also available on popular e-commerce websites like Amazon and Flipkart. 

Galaxy Ring specs:

The Samsung Galaxy Ring was announced globally in July 2024 and it comes in nine size options ranging from 5 to 13. Weighing approximately 3 grams, the ring features advanced sensors for optical heart rate monitoring, blood oxygen levels, skin temperature, and activity tracking. It also offers sleep tracking with AI insights and period predictions, making it a comprehensive health companion.
The Galaxy Ring boasts up to 7 days of usage on a single charge, depending on the size, with a nice looking charging case for convenience. It is rated IP68 for water resistance, allowing it to withstand depths of up to 100 meters.

The ring is primarily compatible with Galaxy devices and includes gesture controls for added functionality. With a commitment to four years of software support, the Galaxy Ring aims to blend elegant design with robust health-tracking capabilities in the growing smart ring market.
