Confirmations of the existence of the 32GB Nexus 7 model continue to pile up, with at least one customer in Japan already owning one, along with the device’s name and pricing appearing in many leaked inventory listings. Now, another confirmation comes from Netherlands retailer Dixons, who have told a customer that to make up for delays in delivering the 16GB model to customers, Dixons will give them a 32GB Nexus 7 instead, and that it is coming in “week 45”  this year.

We are already in week 42, so it should be just 3 more weeks before the 32GB Nexus 7 will apparently arrive in the Netherlands. There is still no word on whether Google intends the 32GB model to replace the 16GB model or just bring it to market as an option, though a previous rumor, Dixons giving the 32GB variant instead of the 16GB variant to all its customers, as well as listings saying that the 32GB variant would arrive at the same price point of the 16GB one would point towards the former being a more valid possibility.

But then again, an ad in Spain listed the 32GB Nexus 7 price at €279, €30 higher than the 16GB variant, so it is still unclear what Google is planning. All we can do is wait and watch and hope for some official announcements soon.
