We knew October 1 is the date when Galaxy Note 2 would start selling in the UK, and now a UK carrier, 3 has confirmed that from today, the Samsung Galaxy Note 2 is available both online and at stores. For those who wanted it a day earlier when had a chance to get it from Samsung’s stratford store on September 30 itself, but anyway, if you’re at 3 or are looking to buy an unlocked one, you can now at 3.
As far as the pricing goes, 3 is letting you grab the Galaxy Note 2 on the monthly cost of £34 and £36 with initial payment of £6, under the Ultimate Internet 500 and The One plans respectively. And in case contract isn’t just your thing, you can have the Note 2 on Pay As You Go scheme, by handing out 3 some cool £500 for that, and use a top-up – One 15 or One 25, as per your choice and needs – to get call and internet balance. Because you are still locked at 3 under PAYG scheme, it’s better to consider fully unlocked Note 2 too, since pricing won’t be too much higher from £500, 3’s charging you here.
The Galaxy Note 2 for has been launched in two colors as expected: Marble White and Titanium Grey.
